We are delighted to welcome all students, professionals, faculty, alumni, and community members to The Claremont Colleges' second finance conference. The Claremont Finance Conference is a professional and academic oriented networking event that offers unique opportunities for all attendees interested in finance.

This conference aims to draw attention to, and solidify, The Claremont Colleges as a unique and valuable source of potential employees in the financial sector. Through panels, keynotes, and opportunities for one-on-one interaction, we hope to further expose students already interested in finance to the various careers in the field, as well as provide an interesting, and dynamic, introduction to those students who have not yet shown an interest in finance.

This conference was designed and planned solely by students. On our own initiative we began the planning process in January of this year. We are grateful to all of The Claremont Colleges whose generosity and support continue to make our event possible. Specifically, we would like to thank the Claremont McKenna College Financial Economics Institute, the Pomona College Department of Economics, the Pomona College Public Events Committee and the Career Services, Career Development, and Alumni Affairs Offices from each of The Claremont Colleges.
